K. Kirthi Reddy is the Founder & Director of The Gaudium, a visionary educationist and entrepreneur whose journey has been shaped by a simple yet powerful belief education should help every child discover who they are, what they love and what they are capable of becoming. Her vision has always placed sports and physical development on equal footing with academics and the arts.

This philosophy led to the creation of Gaudium Sportopia, an integrated sporting ecosystem designed to give children the opportunity to discover their sporting potential—from their first exposure to a sport to the pursuit of excellence at national and international levels.

It is this same belief that inspires Gaudium Acrobatix.

For Kirthi Reddy, gymnastics represents far more than a sport. It is a foundation for movement, body awareness, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, discipline and confidence. Every tumble, jump, hold and landing becomes an opportunity for a child to develop both physical capability and mental resilience.

Through Acrobatix, her vision is to create a grassroots program where children can begin with the joy of movement, build strong foundations, discover their abilities and, for those who aspire, progress towards competitive excellence.

Under her leadership, The Gaudium has also earned significant national recognition for educational excellence, while its sporting initiatives have created platforms for young athletes to compete, grow and aspire to higher levels of achievement.

With a career spanning competitive gymnastics, national-team coaching, international competition and coach education, Manoj Rana brings a wealth of high-performance expertise to Gaudium Acrobatix.

A former national-level gymnast and Indian Army representative, Manoj Rana has built a distinguished career at the highest levels of Indian gymnastics. A FIG Level 3 Coach and FIG Expert, he has served as National Team Coach for the Indian gymnastics team since 2013, working across World Cups, World Championships, Asian Championships and Asian Games.

His journey extends beyond coaching athletes. Through international exposure, FIG programmes and coach education, he has contributed to strengthening the technical foundations and development of gymnastics in India.

At Gaudium Acrobatix, he brings this experience together with a larger vision—to create a structured, progressive and internationally aligned pathway where every child begins with strong fundamentals, develops through purposeful training and has the opportunity to discover how far their potential can take them.
